Small Theatre Aesthetics
I am late in noting this gem of a post by Travis Bedard at "Midnight Honesty at Noon," which gives excellent advice for people trying to produce plays on a limited budget. In a nutshell: quit your bitchin' and use your creativity instead of whining about how poor you are. He says it much better. Be sure to check it out.
